Section 1

General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 7zen online casino platform ("Platform" or "7zen") and any user of that platform ("Player" or "you").

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the 7zen platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted the full content of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all products, games, promotions, and services of 7zen. Where a specific game or promotion has its own separate terms, those terms will serve as a supplement to these general Terms.

Language & Interpretation

These Terms have been drafted in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the Bengali text shall be considered final. 7zen's own interpretation shall be regarded as definitive.

7zen reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

To use the 7zen platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met. 7zen reserves the right to close an account if these requirements are not followed.

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on the 7zen platform is permitted only for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Participation in gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. Proof of identity or other documentation may be requested for age verification when necessary.

Age Restriction: For individuals aged 21 and above only. Participation in gambling by minors may be punishable by law.

2.2 Registration Requirements

Each player may open only one account. The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

Full name (as per national identity card)
A valid and active email address
An active mobile number
Date of birth
A strong password

If false or misleading information is provided, 7zen has the right to suspend or cancel the account, and any deposited funds or bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating more than one account from the same person, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and earned bonuses may be forfeited.

Account Management

Security Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the 7zen support team immediately.

Account Verification

7zen may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents for identity verification. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or renting an account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Each account is for the personal use of the registered individual only.

3.2 Account Closure

Any player may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact the 7zen support team. Any available balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to conditions being met).

Deposits & Withdrawals

7zen supports local payment methods for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals on 7zen:

Bank Transfer — such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank

Deposit Terms

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods)
Deposits may only be made from an account registered in your own name
Deposits through third parties are prohibited
Transactions may be cancelled if deposit details are incorrect

Withdrawal Terms

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete
Withdrawals are only possible to an account in your own name

4.2 Transaction Verification

7zen reserves the right to review any withdrawal request to prevent suspicious transactions or money laundering. Additional documentation may be requested for large withdrawal amounts. Processing times may be longer in some cases.

Currency: All financial transactions on 7zen are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered players on 7zen will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus — making your total balance ৳2,000. Similarly, if you deposit ৳18,000, the bonus will be ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus total.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳25,000 (1,000 × 25) before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms

An account may receive the welcome bonus only once
There may be a specific time limit for claiming a bonus
Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred
7zen may change bonus offers at any time

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

If use of multiple accounts is detected
If a rule violation or fraudulent activity is proven
If incorrect or false information is provided
If a bonus is claimed by exploiting a system error

5.3 VIP Program

7zen has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.5%, Gold — up to 0.8%, and Platinum — up to 1.0%.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules

The 7zen platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting. Each game is operated by a third-party software provider.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are impartial and not predetermined. Each round is conducted independently.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or a technical error, 7zen will determine the result based on its own logs and records. Claims based on incorrect information displayed due to a technical error will not be accepted.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in the sports betting section are subject to change. If odds change after a bet has been finalized, the bet will be settled at the original odds. If any sporting event is cancelled, the funds for the related bet will be refunded.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited:

Attempts to abuse the bonus system
Exploitation of system errors or bugs
Colluding with other players

Financial Irregularities

Using a third-party payment account
Money laundering or illegal financial activity
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes
Unauthorized use of a credit card

7.1 Hacking & Cyber Attacks

Attempting to breach the platform's security systems, stealing data, or any form of cyber attack is strictly prohibited. Such activities may result in legal action.

Responsible Gaming

7zen believes that gambling is a form of entertainment, but it can be addictive. We encourage all our players to gamble responsibly.

Warning: Only bet money that you can afford to lose. Never gamble with borrowed money.

8.1 Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting

7zen lets you set your own deposit limits, session time limits, and betting limits. If needed, you can request a temporary account suspension or complete self-exclusion.

8.2 Protection of Minors

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7zen platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 7zen. Copying, distributing, modifying, or publishing this content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Game software and content belong to the intellectual property of the respective game provider. Using these materials for any purpose beyond personal entertainment is prohibited.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

Service Guarantee

The 7zen platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons.

Liability for Damages

7zen is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or third-party failures. The player is solely responsible for their own gaming decisions.

10.1 Third-Party Links

If the 7zen platform contains links to third-party websites or services, 7zen is not responsible for their content or operations.

Section 11

Service Modification & Termination

7zen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with advance notice or, in certain cases, without notice.

11.1 Grounds for Account Termination

7zen may immediately terminate any account for any of the following reasons:

Serious breach of these terms and conditions
If fraudulent activity is proven
Failure to verify identity
Suspicion of money laundering
If identified as an underage player

Upon account termination, the balance will be returned if conditions are met; however, if fraud is proven, all funds will be forfeited.

12.2 Disputes Regarding Game Results
